Ingredients

  1. 250 gmmutton
  2. 2 cupTomto and onion paste
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. Salt and red chilli to yaste
  5. 1 cupdahi
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tbspmeat masala
  8. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil saute ginger garlic

  2. 2

    Add tomato,onion paste and spices,cook till oil leaves pan

  3. 3

    Add dahi and stir continue

  4. 4

    Add mutton and 2 cups water and cover the lid

  5. 5

    Finally add meat masala and cook it till mutton soft and serve
