Ingredients

  • 7-8Boiled potatoes (chopped in cube)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tbspaamchur powder
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala
  • 1/4 tspBhuna jeera powder
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tspGinger (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in pan. Add chopped ginger and green chilies.Cook.1/2 mins. Add all dry spices.

  2. 2

    After 2 mins add chopped aloo and cook for 5 mins. Off the flame and serve your sabzi with amchur.
