Ingredients

  • 1medium butternut squash, clean peel and cut in small cubes
  • 1 bagkale slaw mix
  • Halfcup red or mix quinoa. Cooked
  • 2 tbsSalt pepper
  • 2 tbsChinese five spice
  • 2 tbsCurry powder
  • 2lime
  • 2 tbscayenne powder
  • 1 lbschicken breast, steam and shredded

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all seasonings and devide by 2.

  2. 2

    Season the butternut squash them bake it for 400f about 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Season the chicken breast before steamed.

  4. 4

    Mix all of the ingredient together. Then add line juice.
