First of all peel the potatoes, then grate them.Wash it under water. Put grated potatoes in bowl,add cool water.After 8 minutes drain off the water and squeeze well.

Then add corn flour, besan, onion, coriander, green chilli, ginger, salt, cumin seeds, black pepper and mix it well. Make a thick batter.

Take pre heated pan and spread little oil. Take some mixture and spread on pan or tawa gently. Put little oil and cook it on medium flame for 2-4 minutes after that flip it.

Cook it other side on medium flame till gets golden and crispy from both the sides. Potato pancake is ready. Serve it with chutney and sauce.
