Steps

Wash all the vegetables properly and peel off/cut it into small pieces

Add salt and boil all the vegetables properly

After boiling the vegetables mash it properly

Now put a pan on flame and pour some oil in it

Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and onions in the pan and cook it till 2 minutes

Now add all the spices and cook it for 2 minutes again

And all the mashed vegetables in it and cook it well for 5 minutes

Cook the paav from each side with butter

Pav Bhaji is ready to serve you can also garnish Bhaji with coriander leaves and with cut onions which will help it look better
