Ingredients

40 minutes

Serves 2 servings

10 1/2 ozfish (about 300 grams)
20cherry tomatoes
2onions (or any vegetables you like)
1/2 cupwhite wine (120 ml)
1/2 cupwater (120 ml)
olive oil
salt

Cut the vegetables into small pieces.

Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.

When the vegetables are cooked, add the white wine and water, then add the pieces of fish. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 20 minutes.
