Steps

Measure the ingredients first.

Sieve the flour in a bowl & add the yeast, sugar & margarine.

Add warm water & knead the dough,for 10 minutes on flat surface.

Cover the dough let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place to proof better.

Pinch the dough, for it to settle then roll out balls on a baking tray.

Beat the egg & wash the balls evenly and place in a preheated oven @ 180degrees for 20 minutes
