Steps

Bring water to boil, then turn into a mortar and spread the garri evenly, whilst making sure it's well absorbed. Using a lead, cover it and leave for about 5 minutes then pound into a smooth paste. You can simply use a turning stick though, but I like mine pounded. Wrap in potions with a clean transparent leather.

Serve with any soup of choice and enjoy.
