1 cancoconut milk
2 Tginger (chopped)
1jalapeño (seeded and chopped)
3 clovesgarlic
2lime
3/4 tcurry powder
Pinchcinnamon

Add first 8 ingredients to blender (save some cilantro for cooking), blend until well blended

Add all ingredients into crockpot (slow cooker). Cook for 4 hours or until tender

For the salad combine all ingredients mix well.
