Had lime, had cilantro wanted to make a nice dressing for a tomato salad, turned out wonderful so made it again for a macaroni salad...and that turned out wonderful too!

I used a frozen avocado since there's a lot of them.

I've learned to make fresh dressing since a friend pointed out to me that most packaged seasonings include the preservative MSG.

This are perfect for the soutwest meatballs or for a salad dressing!

This is a tasty Southwestern dressing that goes great on just about anything. Salads, tacos, tortilla chips, toastdas, rolled tacos, burritos, fish, eggs, chicken, etc,. Excellent work kiddos! I wished you'd made more!

Just wanted a salad dressing and didn't had the ingredients for a ranch dressing so I used what I had on the fridge and the pantry. Don't forget to share your final photo :D

This is just my version of a favorite simple, light and tasty dish. I didn't have any cilantro tonight, but highly recommend it in this dish so included the amount I usually use.
