Cook rice according to instructions on bag/box

While rice is cooking, dice up onion

Melt butter in saucepan

Add onion to butter, simmer until rice is done (about 30 minutes)

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together ground beef, onion and butter, and rice in mixing bowl

Cut off tops of peppers, get seeds out and rinse peppers

Scoop mixture into peppers until full

Stand peppers up in oven safe dish

Pour spaghetti sauce on bottom of dish around peppers until it reaches about a quarter way up the pepper

Cover peppers and put in oven for 60 minutes

Take out peppers, use sauce on bottom to scoop over peppers, if desired
