  3. 1 tablespoonpeanut butter
  4. 2 tablespoonsyogurt
  5. 1 teaspoonhoney
  6. 1 teaspooncocoa powder
  7. 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
  8. For garnish
  9. cocoa powder, cinnamon, banana slices, your favorite nuts, coarsely chopped
