Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the plantain and fry in vegetable oil.the snails are cleaned in the market so cook for 15minutes with salt and onion.

  2. 2

    Slice the green and red pepper,onion fry in vegetable oil add tomato paste,curry,salt,snails, and serve.
