In a bowl mix the flour, salt mix it properly.Add the ghee to the flour mix and incorporate it nicely with your fingertips till it resembles breadcrumbs.

Take lukewarm water and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Now Heat a pan add 1tbsp ghee in it. add khoya and cook it for 2 min. Then switch off the flame and take it out in a bowl.

Add gulkand,sweet feenal, chopped pan leaves,tutty fruity desicated coconut, chopped dry fruits and sugar powder and mix well.stuffing is ready.

Take a small size ball of the dough. Roll it in a thin circle.
In the half fold, place some gujiya mixture. Fold gujiya into half and Apply water along the edges and seal it tight. - 6
Fold the edges and give shape like a rope.now From pulcker pinch the ghujiya and give a design.

Take a small ball of dough flat it and cut it from sizzer and make a flower as shown in picture.

Place flower on ghujiya and stick it with slurry (water+ flour mixture) now stick silver ball on middle of the Flower.Gujiya is ready for frying.

Heat oil in a pan. When ready for frying, lower the flame and fry gujiyas until golden brown in colour.Gujiyas should be fried in a medium hot oil for a crispy layer. Remove from oil and drain it on the paper towel.

Ghujiya is ready to serve.
