Beetroot suji halwa
Steps

In a pan add ghee and suji,roast it on low flame till fluffy,then add warm water and beetroot juice

Mix well till water absorbed,then add sugar and let it melt.

Then cook till moisture absorbed

Off the flame,in any shape mould sprinkle chopped pisti and press halwa on it and demould it in serving plate.

Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
