Papad cone chaat is an easy but healthy ,crunchy snack which can be prepared for evening snack for every one.I added veggies and paneer to make this recipe healthy. If you are making for children then don't make it more spicy.

Papad cone chaat is an easy but healthy ,crunchy snack which can be prepared for evening snack for every one.I added veggies and paneer to make this recipe healthy. If you are making for children then don't make it more spicy.
Steps

Heat a non-stick pan add some butter and roast the ginger garlic paste, chopped chillies. When Jeera change it's colour, add all veggies and salt.

Mix well and roast all veggies for few minutes.Now take them out in a bowl.Let it cool.

Now in a mixing bowl add Namkeen mix, paneer and veggies add lemon juice or chaat masala powder. Mix well add some chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.

Now heat a non-stick tawa. take a Papad (you can cut into halves) Place the papad on tawa and press it gently with kitchen towel.Flip it and roast it from both sides

Now take it out on a kitchen towel and fold it immediately in cone shape. Hold it till papad gets cool. Make all papads as same way.

Now fill the prepared mixture in these cones.You can garnish also with desired chutney.

Serve these cones immediately otherwise they can be soft.
