Soak moong dal for 4 hours,

Grind it without water, add salt.

Heat oil in a pan, deep Fry Moong bada

Lukewarm water, add salt and soak moong bade in it for one an hour

Squeeze Moong bada, keep them in a plate, pour curd then imli ki chutney then salt, bhuna jeera and chat masala

Can also add green chutney red chilli powder
- 7
Ready to serve
