
Simple Beef Patty
I begin myself to type this recipe so, why not eh. Found myself back in Malang, my hometown, when my sister cried herself for some lunch. And I did this patty, thus, everyone kinda liked it, and yes this patty is very matched with your variety of burgers. Cheers! (Oh yeah, sorry if I didn't add some original photos is because i did not take any of it, lol sorry) And please let us know your results!

Whisk the halved egg, and separate. Knead the ground beef carefully. Make a center on it.

Pour the egg in the center and combine all the ingredients above except breadcrumbs. Knead again until soft but not too soft.

Finally, put some breadcrumbs and mix it steadily. Pour in again if you felt not enough of it.

And then, you can now form/mold it into patties, 60 grams each (Should have made into four patties). Let it rest inside of refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pre-heat the pan or you can use griddle, use olive oil or simplified butter to cook the patties. Do not forget to seasoning at each sides. Would take 3-4 minutes each patty to be done.

The reason I did not add seasoning into recipes, is because the final form of the patty when cooked, I just don't like the final result, lol (you may try and obviously you wouldn't like it as well).
