2 servings

Salad:
1 package (16 oz)Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix (red & green cabbage, carrots, broccoli, jicama, bell peppers, radishes, celery)
6 ozchicken breast, cooked and chopped
1/4 csunflower seeds
1 TSesame oil
1/4 cchopped fresh cilantro
1-2limes
Asian dressing:
3 Trice vinegar
1/4 tspsalt
dashblack pepper

Steps

In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

In large bowl, combine salad ingredients except limes.

Cut limes and squeeze juice over salad mixture and toss.

Pour dressing over salad, toss evenly and serve
