Wash and chop the cabbage

Melt the butter add the carne picada. Add salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir well

Add cabbage and celery salt let it simmer on low covered for 15 minutes stirring occasionally

Shred and add carrots. Add cherries.

Stir in well let simmer covered for 10 minutes remove from heat let sit undisturbed for at least 20 minutes.

Serve with wedges of one lemon cut into 6 wedges. Hope you enjoy!
