  • Orange zest
  • 11/2 cupmargarine
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmilk

    Weigh all the ingredients before preparation.

    Cream the margarine with the sugar.

    Add eggs, flour,zest alternating, beat the mixture.

    Add milk to ensure mixture is smooth, then fold in the grated orange.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until a skewer comes out clean.
