Batzios Saganaki 🤤

Batzios is a wonderful local cheese from the wider regions of Imathia and Pella. It’s a hard cheese, quite spicy and salty, that pairs perfectly with a glass of local tsipouro when eaten raw, but the version that really shines is when it’s made into saganaki! Served with plenty of lemon, you just can’t stop eating it. So, if you ever visit our area, make sure you stock up on plenty of delicious Batzios before you leave. 😉
