In a clean pot pour in red oil and some fresh diced onions to fry then put in egusi stir fry
2

Add in d blended red pepper and onions,dry fish,mashed garlic,meat,maggie,salt add in 2cups of water then the moringa
3

And allow to cook for 3minutes
