Add meat into a large pot with garlic. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook on medium heat until meat turned brown.

Dry off extra fat, and add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Stir well, cover and lower heat to low.

Let cook for an hour, stur occasionally. If it gets too dry, add another 1/2 cup of water

After the hour, place masa in a bowl with a 1/2 cup of water and mix with fork. Add mixture to chili, and stur well. Add more masa to taste.

Add beans, stir and let sit on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese
