Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla essence, 2 teaspoons of sugar, some oil(just a little bit) then stir. You can now add the flour then stir (use a whisk because it gives a fine mixture). If the mixture is too thick, add some warm water. For me i like thick mixtures. Let it settle for a few minutes.

Warm the pan. Put some oil and let it heat up. Pour a little bit of the mixture on the pan, let it cook for a minute then flip it. Heat temperature should be medium. Continue with same procedure until all the mixture is done.. You can now serve with tea or coffee while still warm

N/B the amount of milk used should be equal to the amount of flour
