Cut the inner part of your bread in a triangular shape and put aside

Coat the bread with butter and put aside
- 3
Cut ur veggies and stir fry with seasoning and spices.

Break eggs in a separate bowl and add ur veggies
- 5
On a low heat, add ur slice of bread and pour the egg mixture in the triangular shape u made and the put the part u removed back to the bread

Flip after 1-2 minutes and fry the back.
