First of all, half boil the raw jackfruit

Now, take a pan and put mustard oil, bay leaves, red chillies and panch-foron in it

Now, put the potatoes in the pan and fry it for sometimes and then, put onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and meat masala powder in it and saute it well

Now, put the half boiled raw jackfruit in the pan and again saute it

Pour little water in the pan and cover it with a lid and let it get cooked for sometimes

Now, open the lid and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over it and now it's ready.
