In a kadai, add a tsp of oil along with cumin seeds.
once they splutter, add prepared masala paste and fry for 5-6 minutes. The masala paste should be of cinnamon,clove, cardamom,onions and ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. - 2
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste

Continue to fry till oil separates.

Add 1 cup of water or as required to adjust the consistency.

Finally, add fried boiled aloos and cook for 20 min.
Lastly add some crushed kasuri methi. Turn off the gas.
