  • 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  • 6.3 ozfideo noodles crushed
  • 3 cupjasmine rice rinsed
  • 3bulbs Green onion
  • 6 cupswater
  • 1 TBSPsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry green onion in oil

  2. 2

    Add noodles and fry until golden brown

  3. 3

    Add water

  4. 4

    Add rice

  5. 5

    Add salt, stir

  6. 6

    Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until water is evaporated out
