First of all this moong daal is soaked into water upto two hours.

Then sieve carefully, then grind it, very carefully for few seconds, hence it becomes not so thin.

Then take a bowl pour maida, put ghee black pepper, Aajwain, salt then make dough.

Then make stuff of moong daal, take a pan insert oil of two spoons, then put Jeera, shonff, dhania mix well, then put besan then mix again.

Then put all spices, finally add this moong daal, then cook it upto 2-3 minutes then switch off the gas flame.

Then this stuff is filled and make small kachoris and fried it in oil and keep out.

Then cut into two or three pieces, then spread curd over it.

Then put tomato sauce, coriander chutney, pomegranate, sev, fried papad, lemon juice, dry boondy, chat masala then serve it.
