Dahi wale aloo (potato curd curry)

Blend curd and keep aside now in mashed potatoes mix salt green chilli and green coriander

Mix potatoes in curd and put on gas in medium flame and continuesly stirring when boiling start slow the flame and cook for 5/7min
- 3
Now in a tdka pan put oil or ghee add hing cumin green chilli turmeric powder and curry patta and pour this tadka in dahi add salt and cook 2/3min
- 4
Now off the flame serve with chapati or rice
