In a bowl add grated paneer, onion, green chilli,coriander leaves, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt mix it well now paneer stuffing is ready

Take a wheat flour in a large bowl and add ghee and salt and mix it well now knead a fine dough with the help of water take a small ball from dough make it hollow with thumb and fingers given bowl shape and fill the stuffing and close it make a ball

Take a ball and roll it and dust it with some flour on the rolling board and roll it now

Heat a non stick pan and place the paratha on it now let it cook spread ghee on the upper side now spread ghee on the other side now let it cook for both the sides now delicious paneer paratha is really to be served hot with chutney and pickle
