Steps

Separate the egg whites and Yorks.In a bowl, whisk the egg whites till it turn into a white form.

In another bowl whisk the yolks. Add sugar stir in with the york.

Sieve in flour with baking powder mix until the lumps are gone.

Fold in the egg whites in the mixture. Add in the grated carrots and stir.

Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease pan with butter. Using a big table spoon pour the mixture in the pan in small bits.cook for 2 minutes until bubbles appears on the surface.Turn and cook further for 1-2 minutes.

Serve it hot.
