Tawa Pulav With Tomato Soup

Cook rice in open pan in boiling water,add salt, and 1/2 lemon juice to avoid become sticky,drain water.

In another pan, boil mix veg, drain water.

Take a kadhai add oil and butter both in same proportion to saute vegetables, first add jeera, cinnamon, cloves, green chilli, hing, curry leaves, bay leaf stir well.

Add onion, saute till pink brown, add capsicum, add ginger-garlic paste, add tomatoes, stir well till become soft.

Add salt,haldi, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, boiled veg, mix well.

Now add cooked rice, mix well. Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice, mix it.

Hot and tasty Tawa Pulav is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander..

You can serve with tomato soup, it enhances more taste to pulav.
