Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgraw Jack fruit boiled
  2. 2big potatoes boiled
  3. 1 tspGinger grated
  4. 2 tspGarlic chopped
  5. 3 tbsCoriander chopped
  6. 5Cashewnuts crushed
  7. 2Cardamons crush
  8. 1/4 tspCinnamon powder
  9. 2Cloves crushed
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tbspGreen chilli chopped
  12. 3 tbspGram flour
  13. 1 tbspRice flour + 3 tbsp water mix it
  14. 1 tbspchat masala
  15. 2 tbspMint leaves chopped
  16. 1tomato chopped
  17. 1 tbspSemolina
  18. 3 tbspcarrot grated
  19. 2 tbspOil
  20. SomeOil for frying

Steps

30 minutes

    Heat oil in a kadhai add onion, ginger,garlic, tomato, carrot fry for 2 minutes, then add chopped green chilli,boiled mash potato and boiled mash Jack fruit mix throughly then add salt to taste, cumin powder,chat masala, cashew nut, cardamom crush, cinnamon crush,clove crush, besan mix it,cook for 3 minutes, then add mint leaves chopped, mix and divide the dough like small balls.

    In a plate spread the semolina. Now make a batter with rice powder and water.

    Then take the small ball, make it into a cylinder shape, dip into the rice powder batter then roll it on the semolina and deep fry it on slow flame till golden brown in colour. Serve hot with sauce.
