Ingredients

Few pieces sausages, sliced
1large onion, sliced
1 clovegarlic, crushed
2very ripe tomatoes, cubed
1green pepper, chopped
Oil for frying
Pinchsalt
Pinchdry herbs

Steps

Fry the onions and brown

Add the garlic, stir

Add tomatoes and pepper, cook on low heat until tender.

Add the sausages.

Correct seasoning

Add the herbs

Serve with your favorite accompaniment.
