    Dhoodh ko boil kar k uss mai chaawal dal dain. Phir dhoodh ko itna pakain k wo adha yani 1 kg reh jaye aur chawal achi tara gal jayen Chawal k saath hi katey huay badaam n cheeni dal dain. Phir doosri taraf pineapple ka juice chaan lain aur blender mai pineapple dal kr blend kr dain. Phir issey dhoodh mai dal dain aur 20 minute tak pakain. Jab munasib gharaa ho jaey tou dongay mai nikaal lain aur piston se garnish krlain
