Steps

In a blender put 1 egg, 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder & socked rice, blend well & keep aside

Boil 1 & 1/2 liter of milk in a deep skillet
Then Add condensed milk & cardamom - 3
Now add egg + rice + custard powder mixture & stir continuously.
cook till rice tender and completely done. (Make sure do not stick in the bottom, it will ruin the taste) - 4
When it comes to little thick add almond, khoya and desiccated coconut

When it comes to boil & becomes nicely thick in texture remove from the heat. Now Kheer is ready

Pour in bowl and garnish with pistachios and desiccated coconut.
cool in refrigerator
Serve & enjoy
