Take a pan, add water and gudd and rest for 2 hour.

Knead the tight dough with gud water.

Make small roll from dough and roll out in round shape.

Heat tawa, put roll out dough on it and cook till get brown. now put ghee on it and cook on low flame.

Mithi roti is ready to serve.
