Ingredients

  • 1 cupKoya
  • 2 spoonsMaida flour
  • 1 pinchBaking powder
  • Sugar half cup for syrup Nd a spoonfull for d dough
  • Pinchsaffron
  • Halfsqueezed lemon for d syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add koya maids sugar and baking powder mix wit hot water make a smooth dough using damp towel cover for 10mins, make small balls out of d dough, keep aside.

    In a pot add 1 cup of water and sugar along wit lemon and safroon,

  3. 3

    Fry jamoon balls immediately you removed it from the oil strain and add it into d boiling syrup, remove from flame and keep the jamuun to absorbed syrup.
