  1. 2 canstuna in oil, drianed & flaked
  2. 2 french bread (baguette), medium, brown
  3. 60 gcheddar cheese, 2 slices
  4. 2 tomatoes, cut into slices
  5. 2 teaspoonsmustard
  6. 2 tablespoonslight mayonnaise
  7. 2 tablespoonsvinegar, balsamic
  8. 2 medium onions, red, chopped finely
  9. salt to taste
  10. black pepper to taste

    Mix the tuna, onions, mayonnaise, and vinegar in a bowl. Flavor with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cut bread open and toast. Put one teaspoon of mustard on one side of each bread.

  3. 3

    Split the tuna mixture between the 2 baguettes and spread it over the mustard. Cover with tomatoes and add cheese on top of it.

  4. 4

    Close the sandwiches and place them in a preheated oven until the cheese melts (10 minutes).

  5. 5

    To serve, cut in half each sandwich and place on a plate.
