Steps

Heat sugar and water in deep bottom vessel. stir until sugar dissolves

Add chocolate syrup and mix well

Cook until one string consistency is achieved

Add lemon juice and mix well. This will help in preventing sugar crystallization. Keep it aside

In a mixing bowl, take all purpose flour, corn flour, curd and cocoa powder. Mix well

Add vinegar and chocolate syrup

Add water as required and mix well for 4-5 minutes to form smooth batter

Add baking soda and mix well

Pour batter in the ketchup bottles carefully.

Heat oil with 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.squeeze the bottle and make round spirals with the batter.

When one side is partly cooked, turn over and fry the other side.fry till the jalebis are a light golden. remove with a tongs and shake to drain the extra oil

Immediately drop the fried jalebis in the warm sugar syrup.Dip and turn over so that both sides are coated with the syrup.

Remove and shake lightly and place them in a plate. Serve Jalebis warm
