Soak soya chunks in water with salt for 10 mins. Squeeze and again pour water in chunks and soak for another 5 mins.

In a pan take oil add cumin,onion,capsicum,garlic paste and saute till soft

Add tomatoes,Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder,sugar and saute. Add roasted masala and saute

Squeeze soya chunks and add to pan and mix well.

Add salt, coconut milk,kasuri methi and mix well and cook with lid for 10 mins.

Serve with plain rice, roti.
