Ingredients

  1. 3eggs 1 cup butter 2 cups granulated sugar Vanilla
  2. 1/4 cuplemon juice 2 tbs lemon zest 3cups of self-raising flour
  3. 1 table spoonbaking powder 3/4 cup of milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients in a bowl, pour it in a tray, then put in a preheated oven 180 c for 50 min.

    For the Icing

    Mix 1/4 cup of lemon juice with 2&1/2 cup of Icing sugar.

    What I added is about 1/4 cup of extra thick cream with the mixture above and it gave an amazing taste and texture
