This morning I spent a couple of hours at my plot mainly amazed at the lovely surprises it held for me. Hidden courgettes, pepper, broad beans, purple sprouting broccoli, peas, some strawberries for dessert...
So I thought of using it all up in a warming stir fry

So I thought of using it all up in a warming stir fry
Steps

Heat some sesame oil in wok and stir fry pepper and broccoli

Boil beans and add to the rest of vegetables

Spiralize courgette or finely chopped it and add to wok.

Add tuna chunks and season with finely grated fresh ginger. Add a few flakes of dried chilli if you like a bit of a spice.

Add a dash of soya sauce. serve piping hot
