1 lbJumbo Shrimp
1Green Onion
1 tblAmaretto Liquor
1/2 cupCoconut Milk
1/4 cupHeavy Cream
2 tblSugar
1 tspCoconut extract
1 tspVanilla extract
1 tblOlive oil

Steps

Saute the shrimp 2-3 min at m-h heat.

Add onion and amaretto. Cook until shrimp caramelized. (1 -2 min more) then remove from heat.

Add cream, milk, and sugar to pan and simmer on medium heat stirring occasionally until liquid reduces to about half. (5-10 min.)

Add shrimp, coconut and vanilla extract and simmer all for about 2 min. SMILE AND SERVE.
