Steps

Heat ghee in a heavily bottom pan then add the grated carrot and roast it for 5 minuts on a high flame

Now add the full cream milk and cook it for 15 minutes on a low flame

After 15 minutes add the sugar and roast it countinously and stare it till the halwa gets separate in the pan
- 4
Now add the cardamom powder and mava and garnish it with nuts and the halwa is ready to serve.
