Wash clean surmai pieces,keep ready spices,coconut paste,and green masala made of coriander,garlic,mint leaves and salt blended in mixer,lastly mix these spices and green paste ready marinade for fish

Now wash peel potatoes cut into halves,heat oil in a pot and fry,apply the green masala ready to fish pieces,stir fry separately in two pans

Keep fried Fish aside.Now in the pot pan in which onion potatoes stri fry cook rice 6-8 minutes,add salt stars ise bay leaves with the potatoes in it,arrange the fish on the ready rice enjoy hot
