Ingredients

  1. 6-8Surmai/kingfish centre pieces
  2. 150 gramscurds
  3. 1 cupwet or dessicated coconut as available
  4. 3potatoes medium
  5. 2onions cut fine
  6. 1 cupCoriander leaves
  7. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 2green chillies
  9. 2 clovesgarlic
  10. 5-6mint leaves or more as prefer
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tsp pepper powder
  13. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1 tbsp Cumin coriander powder
  15. 1-2bay leaves
  16. 1star anise
  17. 4-5 tbsp oil

  1. 1

    Wash clean surmai pieces,keep ready spices,coconut paste,and green masala made of coriander,garlic,mint leaves and salt blended in mixer,lastly mix these spices and green paste ready marinade for fish

    Now wash peel potatoes cut into halves,heat oil in a pot and fry,apply the green masala ready to fish pieces,stir fry separately in two pans

    Keep fried Fish aside.Now in the pot pan in which onion potatoes stri fry cook rice 6-8 minutes,add salt stars ise bay leaves with the potatoes in it,arrange the fish on the ready rice enjoy hot
