Wash potato and boil.Let the pressure grow completely in the cooker and turn off the gas

Open the cooker and put the potatoes in cold water after leaving the pressure with the cooker on it's own.

When the potatoes are well cooled.Peel them

Make hole in peeled potatoes with a fork

Heat the oil and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown

Add 1 tsp curd and 1 tsp water in Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix it well

Whisk the curd

Take some oil from frying oil and heat it,fry dry Kashmiri red chillies and keep aside,add shahi jeera and other whole masala.Let fry it for few seconds on medium flame

Add Kashmiri red chilli powder mixture,stir it well and add whisk curd still it continuesly on medium low flame

Add 2 Cups water stir,add chopped coriander and other Masala and cook for few seconds

Add fried potatoes.Mix well

Cook for few seconds and cover it for 5 minutes on medium flame

Open lid,stir carefully.Hot Kashmiri Dum Aloo is ready.Garnish with fried Kashmiri red chillies.
