3 to 4 servings
  • 1/2 cupoats
  • 8-10dates
  • 2small bananas
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1/4 tbspcocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbspwalnut powder (optional)
  • 5-6 strandssaffron

    Roast oats till light brown in colour and keep aside.

    Deseed the dates, slice the bananas.

  3. 3

    Blend all the above ingredients.

    Serve chilled or as it is. Enjoy!
